Delhi University’s St Stephen’s College has released the first cut-off list for a number of undergraduate courses offered on June 14. The highest was 98.5% which is for English and Economics courses for commerce students.

For BA programme the cut-off for the students belonging to the general category stood at 97% for Commerce, 95% for humanities, and 96.5% for Science students. Last year, the cut-off for English honours courses was 99%, whereas the cut-off for Economics was 98.2%.

The College has announced the cut-off list for courses including BA programme, English honours, Economics honours, Mathematics, History, and Philosophy. The cut-off for B.Sc Programme for Maths, Physics and Chemistry subjects stood at 95% for General category, 90% for SC and ST category. The Delhi University had earlier announced that online registrations for its 60 undergraduate programmes in 62 colleges with around 54,000 seats will take place between May 22 and June 12.

DU had confirmed that the first cut-off list will be announced on June 20. As for Mathematics, the cut-off is 97% for Commerce and Science students and 96% for Humanities students.

In its press release, St. Stephens College said that it received a total of 24,168 applications. The college has now closed its application portal for admissions for 2017-18 session. The list of candidates selected for the aptitude test and interviews will be displayed on June 15 on the College website.
