Arvind Kejriwal has accepted bribe of Rs 2 crore from Satyendra Jain: Kapil Mishra

Kapil Mishra has made serious allegations against Arvind Kejriwal asserting that the Delhi Chief Minister had accepted a bribe of Rs 2 crore

Amid the ongoing political turmoil within the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Kapil Mishra who was removed as the Delhi water minister has claimed that he had seen Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain paying a bribe of Rs 2 crore to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

“I could not sleep all night after I saw Satyendra Jain giving a bribe of Rs 2 crore to Arvind Kejriwal. Kejriwal did not answer when I questioned him about the money,” Kapil Mishra told the media. Alleging that Arvind Kejriwal had accepted bribes, Kapil Mishra affirmed that he will give his statement to the CBI and the anti-corruption bureau. He further said that he was only being targetted for “exposing the tanker scam.”

While speaking to the media, Kapil Mishra asserted that when he went on to confront Kejriwal, the Delhi chief minister told him that some matters in politics needed to be discussed in a later stage. Mishra affirmed that he will provide all the necessary evidence to the investigation agencies. He has also demanded an inquiry into the entire case.

He has also claimed that Satyendra Jain will be behind the bars within a few weeks time and there was enough evidence that can send him to jail. Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday removed Kapil Mishra as the water minister of Delhi. Kapil Mishra has been replaced by Kailash Gehlot. Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia made an official announcement last evening asserting that Mishra was dropped from the Cabinet because “Water management was not up to the mark.”
