Have you seen Yuvraj Singh’s lookalike? Well, he exists and he was present during semi-final 2 of the ICC Champions Trophy 2017, where India beat Bangladesh by 9 wickets to sail through to the finals. Star Indian middle-order batsman Yuvraj Singh may not have got to bat in the match or create a big impact but still managed to make headlines.
So, what was the reason?
Well Yuvraj Singh, arguably India’s biggest match-winner has found his match. Oh, not literally as he is already married to Hazel Keech but he found his imposter or doppelganger, someone who resembles him. The meeting took place after the match was over and India had sealed their finals spot against Pakistan.
Outside the stadium, after the match Yuvraj Singh was finally introduced to the person who resembled him. Yuvraj Singh was in a state of shock on seeing him for the first time. Yuvraj Singh seemed to be in awe but slowly but surely it seemed that the fact sinked-in. He was a happy man meeting his look-alike. The star batsman obliged and allowed a picture to be taken. In the picture, you see both of them in arms, surrounded by excited fans who wanted to get a glimpse of the southpaw. His lookalike was so exited that he put his arms around the batsman to feel more attached. It surely seems he is a big Yuvraj Singh fan.

The star batsman of India is no stranger to adulation and admiration as he has a huge fan base. He is also India’s big-match player and India would be hoping he comes good in the all-important finals against arch-rivals Pakistan. India beat Pakistan in the league stage of this very tournament by 124 runs, it was a truncated match due to rain. The final is set for the 18th of June.
