Pakistan team in celebratory mode as soon as they enter the Pakistan airport with the ICC Champions Trophy after beating India in the final

Pakistan team returns home after ICC Champions Trophy 2017 final triumph after beating India comprehensively. Pakistan fans are known to be emotional as they too have the passion similar to what India have for cricket. As the Pakistan team led by skipper Sarfraz Ahmed came out of the airport, they were welcomed by a huge crowd and bouquets by their fans, officials. People were excited to get a glimpse of the Champions, click photos and take selfies with them. They showered them with love and garlands, it seemed like the Eid celebrations came early in Pakistan this year.

The Pakistan fans were eager to get a glimpse of the Trophy which will grace the Pakistan’s Trophy Cabinet. With this win, they have completed a full set of trophies. Skipper Sarfraz clicked a selfie with the Trophy and the huge number of the crowd who were ecstatic to see their victorious captain.

Hasan Ali too got showered with love as fans tried to get selfies with him. He was the leading wicket-taker of the tournament and also got awarded the Golden Ball for his bowling. Ali was one of the factors for Pakistan’s miraculous turnaround after Pakistan lose to India in group stages.

Ahmed Shehzad and Babar Azam too were treated with respect and people were giving them bouquets as a token of love and respect. The Pakistan team entered the tournament as Underdogs as they barely made it there being positioned at No.8 in the ICC ODI Rankings. With this triumph, their place in the World Cup 2019.
