Remember the woman who mesmerised us with her rendition of Ek Pyar Ka Nagma Hai?
Identified as Ranu Mondal, she shot to fame after a video of her singing the Lata Mangeshkar classic at Kolkata’s Ranaghat Railway station, went viral. Mondal’s video shared on Facebook page ‘BarpetaTown The place of peace’ has over 4 million views.

The Facebook page has now put out a further update about the singing sensation, Mondal has now received offers to appear on singing and talent hunt shows. The internet can be a happy place sometimes!
