Ajay Devgn is gearing up for the release of Baadshaho and has many upcoming films stacked for the next two years. After Golmaal Again, the actor will be seen in diametrically different films that include Raid, Total Dhamaal and Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior.
In an interview for the promotions of Baadshaho, when Devgn was asked to talk about Raid, he said: “I start shooting for Raid from September. That’s a fabulous story and I am excited to start shooting for it. Luckily the next two three films I am doing are all excellent subjects. JS Gill was somebody who got the president’s award but wasn’t given the due recognition due to the politics. One man, who in the 90’s saved around 67 people who were 160 meters below the ground. It is a very thrilling film. It is in the mines. It is going to be tough. We are shooting in real mines as well as on the sets.”
Talking about Total Dhamaal, Devgn said that he was yet to give the makers the final go ahead. “Total Dhamaal would take time. I will finish two three films before that,” he said.
The actor seemed very excited to start shooting for Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior, which is one of Bollywood’s costliest films till date. He confirmed that the film would go on floors in March. The actor who was last seen in Shivaay said:
Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior will go on floors in March. That has a lot of pre-production which is why it would take a lot of time. We will announce the release date of Taanaji only after the film is ready. Tanaaji would be Hindi but with a flavor of Marathi. The characters would definitely have that dialect.
