S.S. Rajamouli’s magnum opus Baahubali 2 is on a record breaking spree and is ruling the box office like a boss. In just two days of its release, the film has already surpassed the day one collection of blockbusters like Dangal and Sultan and still, people are finding it hard to book tickets as all the shows are going houseful.
Baahubali: The Conclusion was one of the most-awaited films of this year and after the wait of almost two years audience finally got to know that ‘Why Kattappa killed Baahubali’. The film is grand in every single way and the special effects are jaw-droppingly beautiful. In fact, it is the first Indian film to receive such a huge opening as it was released in over 6500 screens in India and over 9000 screens across the world.
On day one, the film earned Rs 41 crore from the Hindi version and Rs 80 crore from Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam ones, while on the second day Baahubali 2 did a business fo Rs 42 crore from Hindi and Rs 60 crore from the other three versions. So far, the film has minted a total of Rs 223 crore so far.
Not only domestically but the film is doing exceptionally well in the overseas market. In fact, Baahubali: The Conclusion has created another record by being the first film ever to score two back to back 40 crore days. The film also continues its historic run in the USA and is all set to cross the opening weekend collection record of Aamir Khan’s Dangal in Australia.

Well, with such an amazing start, it won;t be wrong to say that Baahubali: The Conclusion has not only redefined the Indian film industry norms but has also proved that we are no less than Hollywood when it comes to the CGI and VFX.
