Baahubali 2 continues to cast its spell at the Box Office both in India and abroad. It has earned a staggering Rs 1,506 crore worldwide. Directed by SS Rajamouli, the magnum opus was made at a budget of Rs 250 crore and was released in a total of 9,000 screens across the world. Produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni, the Hindi version of the film has garnered a total of Rs 478 crore.

Prabhas: Prabhas essayed the role of Amarendra Baahubali and Sivudu aka Mahendra Baahubali in the film. He did not sign a single project during the shooting of the film and rejected an endorsement offer worth Rs 18 crore. According to media reports, the 37-year-old actor earned Rs 25 crore from the film and was the highest paid actor.
Rana Daggubati: Rana Daggubati played the antagonist Bhallala Deva in the film. His outstanding performance evoked praises from the fans and critics alike. It is reported that Daggubati charged Rs 15 crore from the film.
Anushka Shetty: She won a million hearts with her role of a young Devasena in the second instalment of Baahubali. Anushka Shetty, a renowned name in the Telugu industry, charged Rs 5 crore for the film.
Tamannah: Prominently seen in the first instalment, Tamannah Bhatia had a 4-5 minute long appearance in Baahubali 2 as Mahendra Baahubali’s love interest Avanthika. She also took home a fee of Rs 5 crore. It was reported that the actress was miffed with Rajamouli for removing her scenes from the film.
Ramya Krishnan: Ramya Krishnan essayed the all-important role of Queen Sivagami, whose character was central to the plot of Baahubali. Her conflict with Devasena proved to be a turning point in the film. However, the veteran actress earned a remuneration of Rs 2.5 crore.
Sathyaraj: The makers of Baahubali 2 marketed the second instalment over a single phrase: Why Kattappa killed Baahubali? It is obvious that he should have received a fee at par with the lead actor. Shockingly, Sathyaraj received Rs 2 crore for playing the loyalist in the film.
