After playing a badass cop Jaideep Majmudar in Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees, Nawazuddin Siddiqui will don a contract killer’s hat in his upcoming film Babumoshai Bandookbaaz. The teaser of the film was unveiled a fortnight ago and created a lot of buzz. Now, the makers have released another video announcing the release date of the film: August 25.
“Hum Outsourcing karte hain, yamraaj ke liye,” utters Nawazuddin as Babu in the film. He kills with utmost brutality, sometimes chasing his victims on a busy street. Besides being a ruthless hitman, he is also a womaniser. The actor has few intimate scenes in the film as well. Directed by Kushan Nandy, Babumoshai Bandookbaaz also features Bengali actress, Bidita Bag, Shraddha Das, Murli Sharma and Divya Dutta in pivotal roles. It will clash with Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez’s A Gentleman.
Babumoshai Bandookbaaz is Nawazuddin’s fifth film of the year after Raees , Haraamkhor, Mom and Munna Michael. In Munna Michael, he shares the screen space with Tiger Shroff and will be seen dancing. Meanwhile, have a look at Babumoshai‘s official teaser.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui will also be seen essaying the role of a bald man in Sridevi’s comeback film Mom that marks the 300th film of the actress. Directed by Ravi Udyawar, the thriller also stars Akshaye Khanna, Abhimanyu Singh and Adnan Siddiqui in pivotal roles.
