Sanjay Dutt is all set to return to the silver screen almost after three years with much-awaited film Bhoomi. Helmed by filmmaker Omung Kumar, the film is set to hit the theaters on September 22. And the first poster of the film is here already. It features the side profile of Dutt with blood soaked lip. The trailer of Bhoomi will be launched on August 10.
Being one of the most awaited releases of 2017, Bhoomi has kept the buzz going since the time it was floored. While launching the teaser poster, Omung said “This poster is just a teaser for the audiences. Just wait and watch.”
Bhushan Kumar, the Producer of the film, also shared his thoughts on Sanjay Dutt’s avatar in the film. He said,”I’m thrilled to release the poster of our film. Sanjay has left no stone unturned. Whatever the circumstances were, there is no stopping for his dedication towards his craft. We are positive the audience will see Sanjay as never seen before.”

Producer Sandeep Singh said “Baba’s fans have been waiting for a very long time and I think they are not going to be disappointed. This poster is just the first tiny step towards unveiling Bhoomi.”
Bhoomi is about the emotional journey of father and daughter. The film also features Aditi Rao Hydari, who essays the role of Sanjay Dutt’s daughter. It is an emotional revenge drama. He was last seen on screen doing a cameo role in Aamir Khan starrer PK.
