Ram Gopal Varma sparked an outrage when he called Tiger Shroff a woman and a transgender in a telephonic conversation with Vidyut Jammwal. The Commando actor exposed the filmmaker by sharing the conversation on Twitter. Later, Varma blamed his drinking habits and swore by his mother, Amitabh Bachchan, and Steven Spielberg not to repeat it again.
On the other hand, filmmaker Farah Khan rushed out in support of Tiger and posted a tweet which is a befitting reply to Varma’s offensive post.”Sad that some people think calling somebody a “woman” is an insult!! It should be the highest compliment actually!” she posted.
Meanwhile, Tiger refused to comment on the entire issue. “Ramu sir has the freedom of speech to say whatever he wants. I have not heard the conversation so won’t comment on it,” the Heropanti actor told Mumbai Mirror. Adding further, he said,”Both Ramu Sir and Vidyut Sir are seniors and I will not say anything against them.”
On the other hand, veteran actor and Tiger’s father Jackie Shroff had a cheeky reply when asked about Varma’s comments. “What can I say? He has such effect on people that they stop their work and comment on my little cub,” Jaggu da told reporters. It should be noted that Shroff is working with RGV in his political thriller Sarkar 3.
It is not the first time when RGV has made an offensive comment on Tiger. A few days ago, he had termed the Baaghi actor a bikini babe. Meanwhile, check out Farah Khan’s tweet here.
