Move over Deepika Padukone and Daily Mail controversy as they have targetted Mallika Sherawat by once again goofing up with the facts regarding the actress. It’s high time and we feel that Daily Mail should duly keep their facts checked before putting it up for the whole world to see. Their tryst with Bollywood facts is worse than what Alia Bhatt did in the last season of Koffee with Karan.
This is the third time that the leading media organisation is doing such a mistake. A couple of months ago, Daily Mail got trolled for not recognising one of the Bollywood’s leading actress Deepika Padukone while she was out on the dinner with tennis star Novak Djokovic. Fans did not appreciate such blunder but we gave Daily Mail a benefit of doubt when they acknowledged the mistake. Back then, they said:
“The world number one tennis player appeared to have had a great night as he was pictured exiting the bar – popular among LA’s A-lister set – in the dark hours of the evening with a female companion. While he kept it casual, she appeared to have made more of an effort in sartorial terms, favouring a timeless monochrome colour theme. The leggy brunette slipped her towering figure into a flirty frock which was decorated with a statement floral print and skimmed her knees.”
Then they took direct panga with thousands of the fans by saying Deepika’s wardrobe was a Bollywood blunder at the recently concluded MTV EMA awards. We ignored it by thinking that everyone has a freedom of opinion. But what should we say about their latest mistake? They not only called Mallika Sherawat a model but also called her show Bachelorette India, a film! This is where we would love to say that Daily Mail! This is not what we expect from you again and again and again!
A few hours ago Daily Mail reported:
“Bollywood beauty and international model Mallika Sherawat has been tear gassed and beaten up by three masked intruders in her own Paris apartment block, police revealed today.”
The report further stated:
“While promoting her film ‘Bachelorette India’ two years ago, she called India ‘regressive’ compared to countries such as the USA.”
