In the times of Censor Board specifying words that need to be bleeped or demanding scenes to be chopped in order to even attain certification, Baadshaho‘s director Milan Luthria has cleared the air on issue of self-censorship in fear of backlash from the ‘sanskari’ board.
While responding to questions during the trailer launch of the film, Luthria said “At this point I don’t know where this story came from. We have definitely not made a porn film.” He added, “I don’t think anybody decides how we edit the film. This is a straightforward film and is not likely to get into any trouble.”
Earlier, according to reports, the kissing scene and the bare body shots between Ileana D’Cruz and Devgn were trimmed as the makers did not want to “attract the wrath of the Censors.” The teaser of the film and the song Mere Rashke Qamar included an intimate scene between Ajay and Ileana.
