Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover make one of the hottest couples in B-town. Even after one and a half year of marriage, they simply can’t stop gushing over each other. Whenever the couple shares any picture of theirs on social media, it goes viral within moments. Such happened when Bipasha and Karan endorsed a condom brand and the advertisement became the talk of the town. But it was not taken well by trolls on the social media. The ‘monkey couple’ was bashed and told to behave in a ‘decent’ way like other Bollywood couples.
However, Bipasha has responded to the trolls like a pro. The actress said they aimed to create awareness on the need for safe sex. Bipasha was quoted as saying,
The idea is to create awareness on the subject; it’s the need of the hour. I am doing no wrong by endorsing condoms.
She further added,
It was going to be shot by one of the most trusted photographers and ad-filmmaker in the business, Prasad Naik. So, I knew it would be aesthetically shot. Also, the thought behind the campaign — ‘give her more’ — appealed to us.
Bipasha also said that this was the first ad to be aired while another one would be shot later.
