Hrithik Roshan, who was last seen in Sanjay Gupta’s Kaabil is now all set to play Anand Kumar the genius mathematician from Patna in Vikas Bahl’s next. The upcoming film will be Hrithik’s first biopic. According to reports, the Krrish actor will soon start preparing for his character. Vikas Bahl, who is known for his films like Chillar Party and Queen is expected to direct Roshan for Anand Kumar’s biopic.
Anand Kumar is an Indian mathematician and a columnist for various national and international mathematical journals and magazines. He is best known for his Super 30 programme, which he started in Patna, Bihar in 2002. Anand started the programme to help economically backward students and prepared them for IIT-JEE entrance examination.
According to reports, the film will trace Anand’s rise to fame as the founder of the Super 30 program.
The film is reportedly titled Super 30.
Hrithik recently made his Marathi debut with designer Vikram Phadnis’s film Hrudayantar. Hrudayantar, which features popular Marathi actors like Subodh Bhave, Mukta Barve and Sonali Khare, is set to hit the screens on July 7.

Talking about his Bollywood project, Hrithik is also busy with the fourth installment of successful Krrish franchise. In the film, while Hrithik will be seen essaying the male lead, the hunt for the female actresses has not yet started. Confirming the same, at a recent event he said: “We are still working on the scripting stage for Krrish 4, and we haven’t reached a stage about finalizing the female lead,” news agency IANS quoted him as saying.

Krrish 4 will be directed by Hrithik Roshan’s father and filmmaker Rakesh Roshan. The third part of the film featured actresses including Priyanka Chopra and Kangana Ranaut.
