Shah Rukh Khan, who is currently busy shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s next opposite Anushka Sharma, will next be seen sharing screen space with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif in Anand L Rai’s next. While the name of both the films is still not known, SRK fans are already excited to see him with the leading ladies of Bollywood.
With Katrina Kaif and Shah Rukh Khan already on board, Alia Bhatt’s name has now been confirmed for the film. Earlier, Deepika Padukone was finalized to play the second lead opposite SRK and people literally went crazy after knowing that they will get to see DP and Kat in the same frame.
But unfortunately, Deepika had to let go of the project, all thanks to the Padmavati controversy because of which she had to shift the dates for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus and had to say no to SRK. Anand L Rai’s untitled film stars Shah Rukh Khan in the role of a dwarf and the shooting will begin soon.
It is also being said that the movie will be shot in just six months, as a lot of post-production work is needed to be done in terms of VFX and CGI to bring SRK’s dwarf character to life. Also, this is for the first time that we will get to see Shah Rukh in such different avatar.
Interestingly, Katrina and Alia share a great bond and both the beauties get along really well, so hopefully, we will get to see a great on-screen equation on and off camera.
