Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil is doing really well at the box office and daddy Rakesh Roshan is really happy with the film’s success. The film was competing with Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees and after a slow start, Kaabil has really picked up speed in past one week.
After Pakistan lifted the ban on Indian films, Kaabil became the first Hindi film to be screened there, while Raees was banned in Pak, as the censor board says that the film contains some objectionable scenes which show Pakistan in a bad light and undermine Islam.
Kaabil released on the Pakistani screens on February 2 and so far the film has collected a decent amount of Rs 2.50 crore within 5 days of its release.
The film did a business of Rs 2.79 crore on Wednesday, minting a total of Rs 126.85 crore so far domestically. Kaabil received mixed reviews from the audience as well as film critics, regardless of which the film’s box office growth is commendable.

Directed by Sanjay Gupta and produced by Rakesh Roshan, Kaabil is a very inspiring story that celebrates the unexplored potential of an individual. This is for the first time that Hrithik has played the character of a blind man on-screen and the actor is been applauded for his mind-blowing performance by one and all.
If Kaabil continues to make its place stronger at the box office, the film will soon cross Rs 200 crore mark as well.
