Kaabil is definitely worthy of our money, feel cine buffs. And we can state this because the Box Office numbers of the second day have been overwhelming. The Hrithik Roshan starrer earned Rs 18-19 crore on 26 January, said media reports. This is particularly amazing since Kaabil earned only Rs 10.43 cr on the first day meaning it showed about 80% growth in the second day.
In this Sanjay Gupta directorial, Hrithik essayed the role of blind man Rohan Bhatnagar. When his wife Supriya (Yami Gautam) is killed by goons, hi sets on a path to seek revenge. The movie also highlighted how a common man could not get justice from the system.
The performance of Hrithik was loved by critics. He perfectly captured the nuances of a blind man and the showed that disability shouldn’t let one down. Apart from the Greek God of Bollywood, Yami Gautam and the Roy brothers- Rohit and Ronit garnered lauds form critics.

It was this positive word of mouth that may have helped Kaabil gain pace at the ticket counters. The movie clashed with Raees at the Box Office. The clash seemed amicable since it was announced but then on the D-Day allegations from the Kaabil team cleared that ot was not the case. Rakesh Roshan, the producer and his team, alleged that Raees’ makers struck a deal with exhibitors to get more number of screens. They said earlier the distribution of the screens was supposed to be 50-50% but in reality it didn’t happen.
It is to be seen if these numbers for Kaabil go up in the coming days or not. As of now, it seems ,highly probable.
