Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil is slowly moving towards the top at the box office, but in terms of collections, it is still far behind Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees. While Hrithik’s performance is being highly praised by the audience and film critics, it is still not helping the film much at the box office.
The movie has done a business of Rs 12 crore on Monday and approx Rs 9.5 crore on Tuesday, minting a total of Rs 89.14 crore approx so far.
And as far as the overseas collections are concerned, Kaabil has collected Rs 6.64 lakhs from the Australia box office and Rs 4.77 lakhs from the New Zealand box office till date.
According to a Forbes report, Kaabil is not at all in the loss and has done a profitable business globally so far. Made on the budget on Rs 50 crore, the film has already earned Rs 42 crore from Indian distributors, Rs 45 crore from satellite rights, Rs 10 crore from music rights and Rs 15 crore from the overseas rights.

And with Kaabil doing profitably well, Rakesh Roshan who was earlier upset with the film’s clash with Raees, now looks extremely happy about it. In an interview with IANS, daddy Roshan thanked the audience for showering so much love on Kaabil and said:
Very good for us that both the films are doing well. Saara zamaana, cinema ka deewana. It is big happiness for all of us because we made the film with a lot of hard work and passion. The audience has given lots of love to the film and this gives us more happiness and energy to come up with more good films in future.

Directed by Sanjay Gupta and produced by Rakesh Roshan, Kaabil is a very inspiring story that celebrates the unexplored potential of an individual. This is for the first time that Hrithik has played the character of a blind man on-screen and the actor is been applauded for his mind-blowing performance by one and all.
We really hope that the film does well in the coming weeks, and make the Roshans proud!
