After becoming the first film of 2017 to enter Rs 100 crore club, Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees is going really strong at the box office. This is SRK’s 7th film to cross Rs 100 crore and not only domestically, but the movie has also set the international market on fire.
Despite being in comparison with Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil, the film has ranked number one in India and UAE, when it comes to the worldwide opening weekend collections.
Raees did a business of Rs 8.25 crore on Monday, Rs 7.52 crore on Tuesday and Rs 6.5 crore on Wednesday, minting an amount of over Rs 114 crore till date.
As far as the international figures are concerned, the movie did a business of Rs 3.85 crores at the Australian box office in 8 days. And dominated the UAE with its opening weekend collection of Rs 16.65 crores.

- Wednesday: 20.42 crore
- Thursday: 26.30 crore
- Friday: 13.11 crore
- Saturday: 15.61 crore
- Sunday: 17.80 crore

Shah Rukh’s performance in Raees was highly praised by audience and the fans are rushing toward theaters to see him play the wicked bootlegger on the big-screen.
