Superstar Shah Rukh Khan landed himself in trouble after he chose to promote his last release Raees by traveling in August Kranti train from Mumbai to New Delhi on January 23 this year. A large number of his fans gathered at various stations to have a glimpse of the actor and that lead to a huge chaos.
The situation went out of control as the superstar started throwing gifts towards the crowd, which turned out to be disastrous. While many injured themselves in the mad rush, others damaged the railway property and managing such huge crowd became a challenge for the police officials.
Following which, a food trolley owner at the Kota railway station filed a complaint against Shah Rukh and others, saying that as people rushed to grab the gifts, his trolley was not only damaged but the money from his trolley was also stolen. And in latest advancement, the Rajasthan High Court has restricted the police from taking any action against the actor.
If reports are to be believed, Shah Rukh has already deposited the sum for using the train and the FIR was filed only to gain publicity. In fact, the actor’s counsel Vivek Raj Bajwa has also said that according to the Railway act, a complaint can only be filed by railway officials and not by any other individual.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Shah Rukh will next be seen in Imtiaz Ali’s next opposite Anushka Sharma. The actor will also be seen in a cameo in Salman Khan’s upcoming film Tubelight. Not only this, SRK also have Anand L Rai’s film in hand and he will be seen playing a dwarf in the film.
Well, with Shah Rukh Khan working on so many interesting films, we really can’t wait any longer to watch the superstar in these totally different avatars.
