So the much anticipated Raees trailer released today. Many film critics got the chance of watching it way in advance and have already given their verdict on it. Even as fans wait to see Shah Rukh Khan’s latest offering, here’s what critics had to say about it.
While Rajeev Masand said that it brought back the nostalgia of Salim-Javed style boxoffice hits of the 70s, Omar Qureishi was completely blown over by the film.
#Raees trailer is a throwback (in the best way) to those Salim/Javed-style 70s hits. @iamsrk, you are so mercurial. Many congrats to all.

If I knew how to wolf-whistle, I would. Had to watch #Raees trailer twice just to soak in everything: the imagery, the BGM, the dialogues.

The only thing that makes a #Raees richer is the superstylized, impeccable act of @iamsrk. Watched the trailer & it spells power. Unmissable

Loved #Raees trailer. To steal a line from Mae West: when @iamsrk is good, he’s very, very good but when he’s bad, he’s better! #cantwait
