One may think Salman Khan spends sleepless nights worrying about his past which is not so beautiful. The superstar, however, does not consider this as ghosts of his past and believes he will come out of it one day. Salman Khan in a recent interview said his name was dragged whenever a hit and run case comes up. Speaking about the cases against him, Salman Khan said it was God’s way of anchoring him down and these incidents made him the person he was.
Speaking about the hit and run case, Salman Khan said the buzz around it was created by people. Fuming at everyone who kept dragging him every time, Salman Khan said they should give him a break. When probed if he was let off easily, because of his stardom, Salman Khan said he was acquitted by many courts. But despite this, people kept talking about it. Slamming all, Salman Khan said people always spoke about him and it took a toll on his life and career.
“The courts said it. But what about the 20 years? What about it? Mere toh wo gaye na? And there’s nothing to compensate for that. Nothing at all. And during all this, when I am seen doing a comedy show, or romancing beautiful women, or just laughing, they go like, “Look at this brat. He doesn’t care. He is indifferent to what happened.” And I am like, dude. It’s my bloody job.,” Salman Khan said.

Dissing the idea of him living a free life because of his stature, Salman Khan said it was all nautanki. Talking about the disadvantages of being a star, Salman said:
It’s ridiculous. None of them would have happened if I wasn’t a star. None of it.
Salman Khan is currently awaiting the release of his next Tubelight which is directed by Kabir Khan and also features Sohail Khan in an important role.
