We all know Twinkle Khanna’s outspoken nature. She does not shy away from expressing her opinion, irrespective of who might get offended. On Sunday, she came under fire from trolls after a blog post took a funny jibe at none other than Salman Khan. Soon, her Twitter feed was bombarded by angry reactions from Salman Khan fans.
Finally, Twinkle has broken her silence and declared herself Troll-Proof. “I write social, political satire – will not examine an ant & spare an elephant because I fear getting trampled by the herd #TrollProof #CarryOn,” she posted on Twitter.

She did not stop there and shared a still of her with Salman from film Jab Pyaar Kisi Se Hota Hai and wished the superstar’s fans a Merry Christmas.

On Sunday, Twinkle had come under fire for her piece seeking a bride who would not talk as the groom did not like ‘buck buck’, believed to be a direct potshot at Salman’s black buck poaching case. Sample this:

Twinkle Khanna is married to Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and the couple have two children, a son Aarav and daughter Nitara. Recently, she appeared alongside her husband in Koffee With Karan and won hearts with her witty comments on the talk show.
She is now a columnist and an author, having written two books so far. Her first book Mrs FunnyBones was published in 2015 and her second book The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad was unveiled this year.
