Ayushmann Khurrana and Parineeti Chopra’s upcoming film Meri Pyaari Bindu has already increased the curiosity level of the audience with its trailer and the songs only add more drama to it. Starting from Mana Ke Hum Yaar Nahin to the latest one Afeemi, every song tells a story of its own. Yers, Afeemi is the fourth song of the film released by the makers on Tuesday and it is also the first official love song from Meri Pyaari Bindu.
Sung by Jigar Saraiya & Sanah Moidutty, the 3-minute video shows the cute love story of Abhi and Bindu. The lyrics are by Kausar Munir and the music is composed by Sachin-Jigar. Afeemi will make you fall in love with it in no time
In fact, Parineeti and Ayushmann took to their twitter handles on Monday and sang a few lines from the song in their own styles to make the announcement of Afeemi’s release date. While Parineeti got a chance to showcase her amazing singing talent int eh film, Ayushmann had to unlearn it completely to get into the skin of his character. But seeing him singing Afeemi, all we want is an unplugged version of the song by the actor himself.
Directed by Akshay Roy and produced by Yash Raj Films, Meri Pyaari Bindu is a love story of an aspiring singer (Parineeti Chopra) and a writer (Ayushmann Khurrana), who are childhood friends. The storyline of the film is like a fresh breath of air and Ayushmann-Parineeti’s equation only adds more elements to Meri Pyaari Bindu.
