Shraddha Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor’s upcoming film Half Girlfriend is one of the most talked about the film of this year. Not only because it an on-screen adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s novel of the same name but also for Shraddha and Arjun’s sizzling chemistry.
While Arjun’s poor Bihari accent in the film was trolled by everyone on twitter, the songs of the films received a lot of appreciation and are leading the chartbuster. After giving us beautiful songs like Baarish and Main Phir Bhi Tumko, the makers have now released a new song from the film. Titled Thodi Der, the 3-minute video perfectly captures the various emotions of love and gives us a sneak peek of the complicated relationship status of Riya and Madhav.
Sung by Farhan Saeed and Shreya Ghoshal, the lyrics of the song are by Kumaar. This beautifully written love song will definitely warm the coldest hearts. In the video, Shraddha can be seen singing this song for Arjun and their equation in the song perfectly depicts the pain of a broken relationship. Though the song is another romantic track from Half Girlfriend, it cannot be compared with Main Phir Bhi Tumko.

Sung by Arijit Singh, the song is leading the chartbusters and went viral on the internet like mad fire. So and so that the song received over 4 million views even before its official release through unofficial version and remixes. Well, it will be interesting to see if Thodi Der be able to create the same magic.
Helmed by Mohit Suri, the film is a story of a small-town boy Madhav Jha (Arjun Kapoor), who falls in love with a high-class Delhi girl Riya Somani (Shraddha Kapoor) and she agrees to be his Half Girlfriend. The film is slated to hit the screen on May 19 this year.
