Aamir Khan’s blockbuster Dangal, which has earned over Rs 1,000 crore in China set a new benchmark for the Indian film industry. The film not only emerged as one of the successful films of India but also garnered a great response from the Chinese audience proving content is the King. Aamir Khan’s stardom was established in China after Dangal. Recently a fan club posted a video on social media platform. In this special video, a group of Chinese audience can be seen performing on Dangal‘s song Dhaakad.
In over 2 minutes long video posted by a fan club from China, the audience can be seen happily trying some wrestling moves. After watching the video, we must say it’s a perfect gift for Aamir Khan from his fans. According to reports, they took a week to prepare, two days to shoot to create the video.
Dangal, which released in China as Let’s Wrestle, Dad, is about a determined father in a patriarchal society, training his daughters to become world class wrestlers. In the film actresses, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra essayed the role of Phogat sisters (Geeta Phogat and Babita Kumari). The film is a biographical sports drama base on the real life struggle of wrestler Mahavir Sing Phogat.
Aamir is one of the most popular Indian actors in China and it seems the film has struck a right chord with the Chinese viewers.
Meanwhile, it was earlier reported that the has crossed Rs 2000 crore mark worldwide, however, several reports claimed that Dangal’s official gross collection stands at Rs 1864 Crore till June 29, 2017.
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film also featured Sakshi Tanwar and Aparshakti Khurana in pivotal roles.
