Poster Boys, starring Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, and Shreyas Talpade, has ample of one-liners and moments that could strike a chord with the single screen audience and the same might help it reach a reasonable total at the Box Office. While the theatrical trailer of Poster Boys came across as stale and outdated, the film has opened to generally positive reviews. The film, being a blend of comedy, drama, and action, caters to the need of the audience that it is targeting.
Given the presence of Sunny Deol, who still commands a significant following among the masses, the film is expected to take an opening in the range of Rs 2.5 to 3 crore, and with a good word of mouth pitching in, the biz should escalate over the weekend. The film, directed by Shreyas Talpade, has been made on a controlled budget and will be declared a success if its overall collections are above Rs 30 crore.

Daddy, on the other hand, has opened to generally negative reviews and attempts to glorify gangster-turned-politician Arun Gawli. The director tried to add commercial elements in an otherwise dark film, which leads it to space where the film can neither satisfy the single screen nor the multiplex audience. The film rides on an honest performance by Arjun Rampal, however, he isn’t that big a star who can attract an audience to cinema halls just on the basis of his stardom.
The movie stands a very little chance to emerge as a hit at the Box Office and rather, the chances of it failing miserably are high. The opening day collections of Daddy are expected to be around Rs 80 Lakh to Rs 1.20 crore, and the lifetime collections in all possibility would end up below the Rs 10 crore mark.
