Ahead of Sonakshi Sinha starrer Noor’s scheduled release, the makers hosted a special screening in Mumbai. The event was a star-studded affair with the presence of B-town celebs including Anushka Sharma, Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Rajput, Vishal Dadlani, Shekhar Ravjiani among others. With Sonakshi playing a journalist, it seems the movie has struck a right chord with her peers. They minced no words in praising the Dabangg girl after watching the film. They took to their social media platform to expressed their views about the movie.
Directed by Sunhil Sippy, the film is based on Saba Imtiaz’s novel Karachi, You’re Killing Me!, and narrates the tale of Noor’s struggles in professional and personal life in Mumbai.
Noor, according to celebs is a sweet story about a girl looking for meaning in life. They used words like effortless, flawless and charming to praise the powerful performance by the Akira star.
