Varun Dhawan is all set to take us on a fun ride with his double dose of entertainment in Judwaa 2. The actor has stepped into Salman Khan’s shoes and we are looking forward to it. Judwaa 2 is the second installment of Judwaa franchise.
Judwaa was the 1997’s super hit rom-com drama and Salman Khan played the double role in the film. And now after 20 years, Varun Dhawan will play the lead role in the second installment and the actor is really happy and excited to be a part of this blockbuster.
Varun shares a great bond with Salman Khan and the Dabangg actor is also looking forward to Varun’s performance in the film.
Salman is not only known for launching newcomers in the industry but is also popular for helping is co-actors get into the skin of the character. The actor has recently done something commendable for Varun and junior Dhawan just can’t stop thanking him for it.

In an interview with Filmfare, Varun revealed a lot about his equation with Salman and told that he has helped him a lot to understand Raja’s character in Judwaa 2. Varun said:
Bhai is proud of whatever I’ve done. I remember during the screening of Judwaa, I called him ‘uncle’. He said, ‘I’l slap you if you call me uncle. Salman Bhai has just sent me a suitcase full of jeans for Raja’s character in Judwaa 2.

Talking about the film Varun further added:
Judwaa 2 is a new story about two brothers. I don’t want to try and match the impact that Salman Bhai, Sajid sir and my dad created in the first one. I just want to give the audiences a new experience.

The film is slated to hit the screens on September 29 this year.
