“He’s older now and it’s clear his abilities aren’t what they once were. He’s fading on the inside and his diminished healing factor keeps in him in a constant state of chronic pain – hence booze as a painkiller,” the superhero is described.
Hugh Jackman first played Logan in 2000 film X-Men. He later reprised the role in X-Men Origins: Wolverine and The Wolverine. Patrick Stewart is back to reprise his role as Charles Xavier aka Professor X in the third Wolverine film. Set to hit US theatres on March 3 next year, it also stars Boyd Holbrook, Richard E Grant, Stephen Merchant and Elise Neal.
“Logan” is slated to release on March 3, 2017.
