The third installment of the Munnabhai franchise is all set to go on floors. After giving us Munnabhai MBBS and Lage Raho Munnabhai, the makers are back with its third part. While the talks were on for a very long time, the script of this sequel is finally ready.
The hit jodi of Munna and Circuit will be back with a new social issue and all new set of jokes to tickle your funny bones. It is also being said that filmmakers Rajkumar Hirani and Vidhu Vinod Chopra have already started working on the script and have a clear idea about the storyline as well.
While talking about the latest update on Munnabhai 3, Sanjay Dutt told the makers want to better the Lage Raho standard, which will take a lot of effort and cracking that takes a while.
In fact, ‘Circuit’ Arshad Warsi also spoke about the film at a press conference and told that the shooting for Munnabhai 3 will start once the makers are done with the making of Sanjay Dutt biopic. He said:
Rajkumar Hirani spoke to me. He gave an idea about the story and it is just superb. The story is very much relevant in today’s time. The script is ready.
Arshad also talked about the storyline of the film and said that it is really different and new from the previous ones. He added:
You will soon see the same innocent idiots coming up with a social issue once again. They will make you see the world we want to see. The film will be very sweet and lovely. Sense of humour is the best thing in the world. We’ve a lot of issues in life so I feel we should smile more often.
On the work front, Arshad will next be seen in Aparnaa Singh’s Irada. The film is slated to hit the screens on February 17 this year.
Well. we really hope that the third installment of Munnabhai franchise creates the same magic like that of the previous ones.
