Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone are often compared in Indian media in terms of their popularity and other factors. Both the actors have made their foray in the Hollywood, and the Western media are keeping a hawk-eye on their developments. They also have a huge fan following on the social media there. Priyanka Chopra has been in the United States for a quite long time. After two successful seasons with Quantico, the 34-year-old actress made her Hollywood debut with Seth Gordon’s Baywatch. Although the film tanked at the Box Office, she was applauded for her role of an antagonist. On the other hand, Deepika made her debut opposite Vin Diesel in xXx: Return of Xander Cage that is currently the 10th highest grossing film of this year.
According to Facebook data analyser Social Bakers, it is Priyanka who is the more popular on Facebook than her Bajirao Mastani co-actor. The former Miss World boasts of 5.87 lakh followers as compared to Deepika’s tally of 4.64 lakh. But it should not deter the Piku actor as she might star in the fourth instalment of xXx series. Recently, Xander Cage director DJ Caruso hinted that Deepika, who played Serena Unger, will be a part of the film.

It’s Priyanka who has clearly benefitted from her presence in the US. She has been a regular appearance on TV shows and is often seen shattering misconceptions about India there. Priyanka was recently trolled for her attire during a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Berlin. Besides this, she became a butt of jokes following her gown at MetGala. Instead, she remains unfazed by the criticism around her.
Currently, Priyanka has a total of 3.18 crore followers on Facebook whereas Deepika has 3.40 crore fans. Overall, she has an audience growth of 6.04 per cent as compared to Deepika’s 0.14 per cent.
