Filmmaker Karan Johar is beaming with joy after the arrival of his children Roohi and Yash. Yes, KJo is now a proud father of two twins, a boy and a girl through surrogacy. Karan shared the news in an official statement, which he released on March 5 on his Twitter handle.
It is also being said that the children were born on February 7 at Masrani Hospital in Mumbai and the name registration details mention Karan Johar’s name as the father of the babies, while the name of the mother was mentioned nowhere.
Karan Johar in his official statement told that Roohi and Yash are the two most wonderful additions to his life. Thanking the surrogate, KJo also said that she will always remain in his prayers and he is grateful to her for fulfilling his lifelong dream. He further added: Thanks for providing a warm, loving and nurturing environment to my children before bringing them into this world.
While Karan is on cloud nine after the arrival of his children, all the Bollywood celebs are also super excited and happy for the filmmaker. Our B-Town celebs took to social media and congratulated Karan Johar for being a proud father of twins.
An elated Alia Bhatt took to Twitter and said that she is really happy that now she has a younger brother and a sister to play with, while Farah Khan said that she is really proud of Karan Johar that he took her advice of going for surrogacy seriously.
