Twinkle Khanna’s much-awaited debut on Koffee With Karan is everything one could hope for. The “Mrs. Funny Bones” holds nothing back in her candid and naughty chat with host Karan Johar on the second episode of season 5. Twinkle is known to speak straight from the shoulder.
Although Twinkle has never featured on Koffee With Karan before or any of Johar’s movies either, the two are best buds since they were children. Don’t believe us? Wait for the episode and see for yourselves. In fact, Twinkle was quite the bully back then and Johar was one of her victims.

As the two indulge in naughty banter, you might forget that Twinkle’s husband, Akshay Kumar, is right there, quietly sipping his coffee on the couch. Oh! Did we forget to mention him too? Whoops! Yeah, he’s there. Sort of.
Twinkle was completely in her element on the couch and all ready to take on the boys. With her husband and BFF around, she felt right at home and the whole thing was just like a Sunday evening for her. To make her feel even more at home, Johar had placed her book, The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad, on his bookshelf on the set.

Twinkle may never have featured on Johar’s show before but she has been interviewed by him before. Or rather, it was Johar who ended up becoming the interviewee. She quickly turns the tide and takes charge of the conversation through her wits, candor, and double entendres. And she managed to pull that off yet again on Koffee With Karan. The actress-turned-writer snatched the Rapidfire Round hamper right from under her husband’s nose with not so much as the flick of a finger. Her remarks on her husband’s “inches” and being protective of her man’s crotch around Johar have left us dazzled.
Speaking of the Rapidfire Round, it didn’t take long for Twinkle to reverse the talk on Karan with her own rapid fire questions. Interestingly so, she claims to have been diplomatic, as opposed to her usual blunt attitude, during the Rapidfire. She must be some sort of a conversational wizard.

Needless to say, Akshay got totally sidelined by the one-on-one between his wife and the host on this episode of Koffee With Karan. In a last ditch effort to make his presence felt, Akshay does a bit of singing and dancing for his wife. Sorry, Akshay. Maybe next time, you’d know better than to bring your badass wifey around.
After their little chit-chat, Twinkle tweeted, “Dangerous to drink Koffee with @karanjohar he always asks me this very question on every public platform! But I put him on the spot too :).” But Johar wasn’t going to let her play nice. He replied, “Am not have as dangerous as you!!!! I was more scared of you than any of my other guests!!!!” I guess we can all agree that Mrs. Funny Bones is a force to be reckoned with.
