Fans of Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh are in for a sweet surprise as the actor recently got engaged to Rukmini Sahay. The ceremony was a private affair. The actor is planning to get married next year. His family and close friends were by his side on the auspicious occasion. The engagement ceremony took place at a Juhu hotel on the occasion of Dussehra. While not much is known about the girl, Rukmini belongs to the aviation industry. Both the families know each other well.
In an interview to IANS, actor’s father Nitin Mukesh said that the family is delighted and they are happy about the fact that their son, Neil, will settle down soon. Nitin Mukesh further praised his son by saying that Neil is quite an old school and is a firm believer in the institution of marriage. The actor since left the decision on his parents to find a perfect match for him. Nitin Mukesh praised the bride-to-be by saying that she is the perfect soulmate for their son. He stated, “She reflects the values and traditions that Neil has been raised with and compliments him in every way possible. The celebrations to the final countdown have already begun.”
The actor sported a black sherwani and he completely rocked the attire whereas Rukmini looked beautiful in a blue and pink lehenga. To add to that, she also flaunted a ‘gajra‘ to complete the look. The couple looked excited and posed happily together. Soon, the fan clubs posted photos of the actor with his soon-to-be wife.
Rumours also suggest that he is soon going to shift in his new house in Bandra. Neil Nitin Mukesh grabbed the headlines for being a part of ‘Game of Thrones’ season 6. However, the actor rubbished the rumours and stated that he was not looking forward to it. His film ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ smashed some Box Office reports. The actor played the younger brother of Salman Khan in the film. Neil Nitin Mukesh made his mark with Kabir Khan’s ‘New York’ where the actor was praised for his role. He has worked in films like ‘David‘, ‘Players‘, ‘Johnny Gaddaar‘, ‘Aa Dekhen Zara‘ and ‘Wazir‘.
