It is actress Pratyusha Banerjee first death anniversary on 1 April and her close friend Kamya Punjabi has decided to release a short film on her on that day. Titled Hum Kuchh Kah Na Sakey, the teaser of the film was released by Kamya on Monday.
After watching the teaser, one can clearly understand that the film is going to take us through the journey of Pratyusha’s reel and real life. It is also being said that the film will also reveal the real reason of why the actress committed suicide.
The teaser video shows Pratyusha crying and telling her co-actor whose name is also Rahul in the film that, ‘If you leave right now, you will not be able to see me ever.’ And the teaser ends with Kamya Punjabi saying, ‘Har Ashk ki apni dastan hai kuch beh gaye, aur kuch reh gaye’.
While Kamya has always held Pratyusha Banerjee’s boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh responsible for her death. She also claims that Pratyusha was depressed as Rahul was cheating on her. But it looks like, the film and all the allegations have not gone down well with Rahul and he has termed Kamya’s film as fake.
According to a report in DNA, Rahul called the film a cruel joke and said that Pratyusha was always with him and he has a record of all her activities in that month. Rahul also claimed that Kamya is doing all this for publicity and it is a bad attempt of making money by using the name of a dead person. He further added: What film is she talking about? When did Pratyusha shoot this so-called film with Kamya? Only I know what her thoughts and feelings were.
Rahul Raj Singh, who has been charged for abetment of suicide in the Pratyusha Banerjee death case, is now planning to write a book on her.
