Vikas Gupta has become the first captain of Bigg Boss season 11. The producer is already one of the popular faces inside the house, thanks to those never ending arguments with Shilpa Shinde. Even though he won the competition against Puneesh Sharma and got the maximum votes from the contestants to become the captain, the decision particularly doesn’t seem like a healthy one.
Here are a few reasons that will convince you why Vikas Gupta is unfit to be the captain of the house. At least, at this point in time in the show.
No peace of mind
For Vikas, ignorance is not bliss. Every time someone (especially the ladies) try to instigate him, he gives in and ends up ‘reacting’ in a not-so-pleasant way (read throwing the mic, escaping the house). The question here is how can a man with a restless, troubled state of mind manage others?
No sense of responsibility
While cooking and cleaning are the core responsibilities of the inmates and the captain is supposed to divide these chores equally, Vikas is miles away from playing fair and acting responsibly. In reality, the ‘captain’, who apparently should be setting an example, conveniently ignored this bit and focussed more on trivial fights. Not a cool thing for a captain, right?
He is dumb
He is not just dumb, but also has no sense of judgement and is basically kaan ka kaccha. Most of the times, he gets offended and fights because somebody ignites the spark. His fight with Hina Khan is one of the examples we would like to quote here. Vikas shouted at Hina because he was made to believe that Hina doesn’t respect him and his captaincy.
Nobody listens to him anyway
A captain needs to be assertive, responsible, respected and someone people look up to. With Vikas, none of these apply. None of the inmates are actually interested in listening to what Vikas has to say, let alone following his instructions. What’s the point of being a captain when no one wants to listen to you?
Do you think Vikas can be the perfect captain?
