While the casting for the show is underway, the character of Gama Pehalwan will be played by none other than Salman’s brother Sohail Khan. Yes, you heard that right. Though, it is quite difficult to imagine Sohail Khan as Gama, after seeing Salman’s incredible performance as a wrestler in Dangal. But it will be interesting to see if Sohail be able to do justice to his character.
According to a report in Mid-Day, the pilot episode has already been shot and sent to the concerned channel. The story is set in Gama’s hometown Amritsar.
