After the ugly spat between Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover, it looks like Sunil has made up his mind to not return to The Kapil Sharma Show at any cost. Recently, Grover was in the capital for his live show Mashoor Gulati’s Comedy Clinic, which turned out to be a huge hit and the actor refrained from talking about the controversy there as well.
The incident took place last month when a drunk Kapil misbehaved and abused Grover and other co-actors while returning to Mumbai after a show in Australia. Following which, not only Sunil but Ali Asgar, Chandan Prabhakar and Sugandha Mishra decided to walk out of the TKSS.
Even after many attempts the makers failed to convince the actors and bring them back on the show. While Kiku Sharda and Sumona Chakravarti are still a part of TKSS, we recently saw comedian Raju Srivastava as the new entrants on the show.
Raju, who was trying to be the peacemaker between the two, in an interview with HT said that he met him recently and Sunil is not in any mood to come back to the show. According to Srivastava, Sunil Grover told him, ”It’s not like I’m arrogant or I crave for popularity. But whatever happened to me was very wrong. And even if Kapil mends his way, I will not come back to the show ever.”

In fact, it is also being said that after Sunil and others left The Kapil Sharma Show, the TRPs have gone down rapidly. And if reports are to be believed, the channel has given a one-month extension to Kapil Sharma, which says that if he manages to bring the show back on track only then the makers will consider of renewing the contract of the show.
