Jai Lava Kusa has recorded a good trend at the Box Office as the worldwide collection of the film has crossed the coveted Rs 100 crore mark. The Jr NTR film had opened to fairly positive reviews and the same has translated in a steady run at the Box Office. While the overseas collection of the film stands at $1.5 million (Rs 9.87 crore), the film has grossed approximately Rs 96 crore in India.
Jai Lava Kusa will benefit in its second week as well due to the holiday season and stands a strong chance to not just recover its costs, but also earn a reasonable profit for the distributors. The all India distribution rights of the film were sold for Rs 80.50 crore, and the film would break even at gross collections in the range of Rs 125 crore in India. While the distributors in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka have already profits, the film needs to earn further Rs 22 crore to emerge a safe venture for distributors of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and Telangana.

Due to the single screen friendly content, the film is holding well at the B and C centres, and since the reviews of Mahesh Babu’s SPYder are not very encouraging, the film should record a healthy trend even in its second week.
Distributor Share Break Up:
The worldwide distribution rights of Jai Lava Kusa were sold for Rs 86 crore and the film needs to rake in Rs 22 crore more from across the globe to break even for international distributors. The fate of the film depends major on how it fares in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in its second week as it has exhausted its viewership in other territories where the film commanded a limited reach.
