Cricketer Yuvraj Singh and actress Hazel Keech are going to tie the knot soon. The preparations for their wedding are quite in full swing and the couple is busy sorting out their outfits and guests list. However, Yuvraj’s mother, Shabnam Singh, has shelved little details about the wedding in the media. While talking to a leading daily, Shabnam said that she wants to transform a tomboy Hazel into a lady. She said:
“It’s mostly suits and saris as of now. Hazel is a bit of a tomboy but I want to make her the real traditional bahu. I am trying to make her look like a lady now.”

Shabnam also revealed that the bride and her mother has done some shopping from Jaipur and Delhi already. She explained:
“She went to Jaipur with her mother. In Delhi, she has a couple of designer friends, so we’ve picked a few pieces from each of them. Some are designers and some are the usual brands, because she’s a very simple girl and that’s what I like about her. So it’s all mix and match.”
The reports suggest that there are going to be two weddings, one according to Hindu rituals, and the other with Sikh rituals in Chandigarh. However, the mother-in-law doesn’t want to reveal the details about the venue as she fears media hogging to the wedding venue in advance will create the problem for the families. Talking about the same, she said:
“If we give out the venue, all fans and media would reach there, so we’re avoiding that. We need time to share the wedding schedule.”

The couple, according to a report in Bombay times, is going to have a Gurudwara wedding in Chandigarh on November 30, followed by a Hindu wedding in Goa on December 2. The newlyweds will then have a grand reception in Delhi on December 7 while the Sangeet will take place at a farmhouse in Chattarpur.
