Now, A Mamata Banerjee Biopic To Hit The Theatres?

After PM Modi, Manmohan Singh & Rahul Gandhi, now the story of Mamata Banerjee is set to be showcased on the silver screen.
‘Baghini Bengal Tigress’, a film said to be based on the life of West Bengal chief minister will hit the theatres on May 3. The makers of the film argue that the film isn’t a biopic of the leader but a story of an ordinary woman’s struggles. On April 10, the Election  Commission postponed the release of Vivek Oberoi-starrer ‘PM Narendra Modi’ till the end of elections for violating the Model Code of Conduct.
