The verdict in 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case is announced has come out and Abu Salem, Mustafa Dossa has been found guilty of conspiracy, murder and terror activities and for supplying arms. A Special Terrorism And Disruptive Activities Act (TADA) court on Friday give its judgment against 7 accused in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case. Other accused Firoz Abdul Rashid Khan has been also found guilty in 1993 Mumbai Serial Blasts case. All the 7 accused — Abu Salem, Mustafa Dossa, Feroz Abdul Rashid Khan, Taher Merchant, Riyaz Siddiqui, Abdul Qayyum Shaikh and Karimullah Khan – were arrested between 2003 and 2010. They are facing charges of criminal conspiracy, waging war against the Government of India and murder.

Mustafa Dossa was involved in the landing of explosives including RDX in India, he also sent some youth to Pakistan so as to get arms training. The locations at which blasts took place were- Bombay Stock Exchange, Katha Bazaar, Lucky petrol pump near Sena Bhavan, Opposite Passport office near Century Bazaar, Fishermen’s colony at Mahim Causeway, at basement of Air India Building, Zaveri Bazaar, Hotel Sea Rock, Plaza Theatre, Centaur Hotel (Juhu), Sahar Airport (Bay no.54) and Centaur Hotel (near Mumbai airport).

Right now, the courtroom is packed with CBI staff and media. Special Tada judge who is hearing the case arrived in the court at 10.50am.
