2 teenage boys found dead at Japanese park in Delhi's Rohini area

The investigating police team has detained a friend of both the victims, who was found in an inebriated condition when they raided his house.

In a shocking incident happened late in night on January 14, two teenage boys were found dead at the gate of the famous Japanese Park at Prashant Vihar in Delhi’s Rohini area. Despite the tight security inside and outside the park deployed on the occasion of Valentine’s day, this murder happened.

The investigating police team has detained a friend of both the victims, who was found in an inebriated condition when they raided his house. As reported by the police, his mobile was recovered from the crime spot. The police also suspecting some love triangle issue while the interrogation is going on. DCP (Rohini) M N Tiwari said, “We are questioning their friend to ascertain if he had a role in the incident.”

Ashiv and Ankush, the deceased, were residents of  Rohini’s Aman Vihar and went for an outing on February 14 evening. Their family member stated that the two had been stabbed multiple times.

 At the gate no. 4 of the park, both the dead bodies were found, lying about 20 metres apart. They had been stabbed in the neck and chest. As the police have suspected, the incident might have taken place between 8.30 and 9 pm and a passerby called up the PCR.
Ashiv’s Father Azad told the police that his son left home in the evening saying that he is going see one of his friends. He said,”At 7 pm, I called him and he said that he was at Rohini. At 9:30 pm, a call came to from his number and the person on the other side said that my son had met with an accident. When I reached the hospital, he was dead as he suffered six wounds on his body.”
Azad also stated that in order to keep his son away from bad influences through other boys in the locality, he had got his son admitted to a school in Sonipat.
