The Chennai Children’s Choir, a band of 23 underprivileged children, has been invited to perform at The Serenade! Washington, DC Choral Festival in the United States in June. The choir, which was brought together by the NGO Nalandaway Foundation, was selected from among 25 countries from across the world.
However, the children require Rs 33 lakh to be able to fulfil their dreams and perform at the international platform. The NGO has started a fundraising campaign to seek help for the funds. If you wish to help them out by donating, click here.
