CBSE is expected to announce the class 12 exam results on May 24. Students will be able to check their score on the official website of Central Board of Secondary Education. The exams that were delayed due to the Assembly Election were held from March 9 to April 29.
However, there has been no official confirmation on the exact date of the results. As many as 8,86,506 candidates registered for Class 10 exams which was 15.73 per cent more than last year. 10,98,981 students registered for Class-12 examinations.
While class 10 exams were conducted at 16,363 centers across India, class XII exams were held at 10,678 centres across the country. Wondering how to check your results? We’ve got you covered. Following are the steps to check your grades:
-Log in the official website www.cbse.nic.in or cbse.examresults.net
-Click on the check results tab
-Fill in your enrollment number and other necessary information
-Click submit
-Your result will be displayed on your screen
-You can also download your results and take a printout for future reference
-You can also view your results on third party web portals including indiaresults.com, www.results.nic.in
This year the CBSE apparently made extra efforts ensure trouble-free exams across the country. They also arranged for surprise checking- flying squads within the board and also outside. “The state law-enforcing agencies have also been requested to provide adequate police force at the place of custody of question papers and the examination centres,” a board official told PTI.
Soon after the results are out the students are expected to flung into action and apply for several undergraduate courses being offered at several colleges across the country. Delhi University’s first cut-off list will be out on June 20.
