This year’s ISC class 12 results have finally been announced by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE). The results have been declared on the council’s official website. According to the data, as many as 2,50,871 students appeared for the examinations this year, where about 1,76,327 students were registered for ICSE and 74,544 for the ISC. According to the statement given by CISEC Chief Executive and Secretary, Gerry Arathoon, the ISC class 12 results will be declared at cisce.org. In 2016, Aadyaa Maddi of Lilavatibai Podar School in Mumbai topped the ISC class 12 exams with 99.75%. . Due to heavy traffic the website is showing ‘busy server’. How to know your marks through Mobile phone (SMS)?
- You can also get the result through your mobile phones. All you need to do is to follow the below-mentioned steps
- For ICSE- Type ‘ICSE <space> <your unique seven-digit ID>‘
- For ISC- Type ‘ISC <space> <your unique seven-digit ID>‘
- After entering the desired credentials, send this to the mobile number- 09248082883
Follow these steps to check your results:
- Login to the website cisce.org and click on ‘Results 2017’.
- Select the option from ‘ICSE’ or ‘ISC’.
- Enter your ID and the captcha provided
- Click on submit button
- The result will be displayed. For future references, you can download your result and get a print of the same.
Important points for students applying for rechecking
- The students who want to go for a recheck can apply for the same until June 4, 2017.

This year the Council has also provided a facility called DigiLocker, a facility to share and store students’ document safely. Unlike the old practice when the candidates had to download the scanned image of the hard copy of mark sheet, all they have to do now is to open an account with https://digilocker.gov.in and give their mobile number and follow the steps thereafter.
