Congress leader Ajay Singh’s nephew was on Friday killed by Naxals in Bijapur district in Chhattisgarh. As per reports, Singh’s nephew was shot at after which he succumbed to his injuries.

Naxals have targeted politicians and their family members in the past as well. Congress leaders Nand Kumar and Mahendra Karma had died in an attack by the Naxals in 2013.
