A recent survey by Airports Council International (ACI), which assesses Airport Service Quality (ASQ), has revealed the rankings of airports from across the world. As per the survey, Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport and Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Airport filled the top spot.
While the Delhi’s IGI, which is also among the 20 busiest airports in the world, was named best for passenger service, Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji took the cake for customer experience, in the 40 million passengers per annum (MPPA) category.
